Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع تبني خدمات ما بعد البيع في تحقيق ولاء المشتري الصناعي، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و ذلك بإستعما ل أداة الإستبانة لقياس صحة فرضيات الدراسة ، حيث تم توزيع ) 60 ) إستبانة على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة ف متاجر التجزئة للأجهزة الإلكترون ية و الكهرومنزلية للعلامة التجارية كوندو ر )المشتري الصناعي(، و تم استرداد ) 56 ( إستبانة صالحة للتحليل، و من أجل الوصول إلى النتائج المطلوبة تم استخدام برنامج SPSS V.23 الاحصائي لغرض معالجة البيانات، حيث توصلنا إلى وجود ف الواقع تأثير خدمات ما بعد البيع ف تحقيق ولاء المشتري الصناعيThis research aims to study the reality of adopting after-sales services in achieving the loyalty of the industrial buyer, and in order to achieve this goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was relied on by using the questionnaire tool to measure the validity of the study hypotheses, where (60) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample represented in Retailer of electronic and electrical appliances of the brand Condor (industrial buyer), and (56) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, and in order to reach the required results, SPSS V.23 statistical program was used for the purpose of data processing, where we found that there is in fact an effect After-sales services in achieving industrial buyer's loyalty
