تقويم عملية التواصل واكتساب المعارف في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة -دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم عملية التواصل واكتساب المعرفة بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة (بوزريعة). ولاختبار فرضيات البحث والإجابة عن تساؤلاته، تم بناء استبانة مقسّمة إلى محورين بحيث: خصص المحور الأول لقياس "مهارات التواصل بين الأستاذ والطالب"، وقد ضم 24 بندا؛ في حين خصص المحور الثاني لعملية التواصل بين الطالب وطرائق اكتساب المعرفة، وقد ضم سبعة (7) بنود يحتوي كل واحد منها عدة مؤشرات. طبقت الأداة على عينة عشوائية من طلبة اـلمدرسة العليا للأساتذة، من قسم اللغة العربية وآدابها قوامها 150 طالبا وطالبة. وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - أن أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة (بوزريعة) يمارسون مهارات التواصل البيداغوجي بدرجة متوسّطة. - أن أساتذة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة (بوزريعة) يتقنون مهارات التواصل اللفظي أكثر من غيرها. - أن اتجاهات الطلبة المتربصين بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة (بوزريعة) نحو طرائق اكتساب المعرفة إيجابية. Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the process of communication and acquisition of knowledge by high training school of teachers (Bouzareah). To test the hypotheses and answer its questions, and then a questionnaire was built and divided into two axes so: the first axis devoted to measure "the communication skills between teacher and student, in which is included 24 items, while the second axis devoted to the communication between the student and knowledge acquisition methods, and it annexed seven (7) items, each one containing several indicators. The tool applied to 150 of a random sample of students of high training school of teachers of Arabic language and Literature Department. The study states the following results: - Teachers of high training school of teachers (Bouzareah) practice communication skills moderately. - Teachers of high training school of teachers (Bouzareah) master verbal communication skills than other skills. - The trainees students’ trends (attitudes) of high training school of teachers (Bouzareah) toward methods of acquiring knowledge are positive.
