Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية وآليات تنمية الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بسيدي عيسى بالمسيلة، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك فقد تم تناول أهم الأسس النظرية المتعلقة بالإدارة الالكترونية و آليات تنمية الموارد البشرية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال الاستمارة كأداة رئيسة لجمع المعلومات، وقد تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة متوسطة في معظمها بين مختلف تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية وآليات تنمية الموارد البشرية بالمستشفى محل الدراسة. ولذا يوصى بتوفير متطلبات الإدارة الالكترونية وتنمية الموارد البشرية للتعامل مع تلك المتطلبات بشكل إيجابي. The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the applications of E-Management and the mechanisms of human resource development in the public hospital in Sidi Issa in M'sila, And in order to achieve this, the most important theoretical foundations related to electronic management and Human Resource Development Mechanisms . The descriptive approach through the questionnaire was relied upon as a main tool to collect information,. It was found that there is mostly a moderate relationship between the various applications of electronic management and human resources development mechanisms in the hospital under study. Therefore, it is recommended to provide the requirements of electronic management and human resources development to deal with these requirements positively
