الادارة الالكترونية في المؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية بين الواقع والمأمول. دراسة حالة المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بالجلفة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في مجال الادارة الالكترونية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية، حيث تم أخذ المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل بالجلفة كعينة تم دراستها من أجل معاينة واقع تطبيقات الادارة الالكترونية بالمؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال الاطلاع على مختلف المعاملات التي تتم الكترونيا ومختلف البرمجيات وقواعد البيانات المستعملة في ذلك. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة موضوع الدراسة تستخدم بعض البرمجيات والأرضيات الرقمية كبرنامج تسيير الصيدليات والأرضية الرقمية لتسيير الموارد البشرية في المجال قيد الدراسة إلا أن هذه الاستخدامات لا ترقى للمستوى المنشود نظرا لأهمية القطاع والتطورات الهائلة التي يشهدها عالم التكنولوجيا كل حين. This study aimed to clarify the reality of using information and communication technology in the field of e-management in Algerian hospital institutions, as the specialized hospital institution mother and child in Djelfa was taken as a sample that was studied in order to inspect the reality of e-management applications in Algerian hospital institutions, by examining the various transactions that take place Electronically and various software and databases used in it. The study concluded that the institution under study uses some software and digital platforms such as the Ipepharm pharmacy management program and the RHSantédz digital platform for managing human resources in the field under study, but these uses are not up to the desired level due to the importance of the sector and the tremendous developments that the world of technology is witnessing every time
