Résumé: صياغة مبدأ التكامل ضمن ديباجة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ونظامها الأساسي وهو يجعل العلاقة بين كل من المحكمة والقضاء الجنائي الوطني تكاملية من اجل سد الفراغ الذي يعاني منه الأخير، كما ساهم في وضع الحدود الفاصلة بين ما يختص به القضاء الوطني وما يدخل ضمن اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
