Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تدقيق محددات الأداء الوظيفي على فعالية الموظفين في الإدارة الرياضية، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان حول قياس الأداء وتم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 29 موظفا بالمؤسسة الرياضية بالجلفة ميدان الدراسة، ولتحليل هذه النتائج من الناحية الكمية اعتمد الباحث على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وقد كانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث إن كفاءة أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الرياضية تتوقف على مدى فعالية قياس مؤشرات الأداء للأفراد العاملين بالمؤسسة ومدى الحرص الشديد من قبل الإدارة المسؤولة على تفعيل تطبيق وتقييم الأداء الوظيفي.
