Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره وفقا لقواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي. وجاءت هذه الدراسة للتأكيد على حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تفعيل هذا المبدأ القانوني أسوة بغيرها من الدول التي استفادت من مبادئ القانون الدولي في تقرير المصير والاستقلال، وعلى حق اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في العودة إلى ديارهم وممارسة حق تقرير المصير. Abstract : This study examines the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination in accordance with the rules and principles of international law. This study came to emphasize the right of the Palestinian people to activate this legal principle similar to other countries that have benefited from the principles of international law in self-determination and independence, and the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their homes to exercise the right of self-determination.
