العولمة وحق تقرير المصير الاقتصادي في الصحراء الغربية

Résumé: إن أحكام المواثيق الدولية الخاص بالحقوق، تطرقت الى حق تقرير المصير في نصوصها، لكن من المعروف أن هذا الحق بقي حبيس المفهوم التقليدي لمدة من الزمن، لكن و في خضم التطورات الدولية في عصر العولمة تغيرت الموازين في مفهومه من السياسي الى الاقتصادي لهذا ارتأينا البحث عن تقرير المصير الاقتصادي على المستوى الدولي و الإقليمي ، على اعتبار أن الصراع دائما قائم على المصالح الاقتصادية وأن المطالبة بحق تقرير المصير الاقتصادي ربما يغير في مجريات القضية من مستواها السياسي إلى مستواها القانوني و الاقتصادي. الكلمات المفتاحية: حق تقرير المصير، المصير الاقتصادي، المصالح الاقتصادية، الصحراويين، ميثاق الأمم المتحدة. Abstract: The provisions of international conventions on rights have touched on the right to self-determination in their texts, but it is known that this right has remained entrenched in the traditional concept for a period of time, but in the midst of international developments in the era of globalization, the scales have changed in its concept from political to economic. Economic self-determination at the international and regional level, given that the conflict is always based on economic interests and that the claim for the right to economic self-determination may change the course of the issue from its political level to its legal and economic level.
