Résumé: الملخص: قامت الدولة الجزائرية منذ أول دخول مدرسي بعد الاستقلال بإصلاحات متعددة، مثلت منعطفا حاسما في تاريخ المنظومة التربوية، كتلك التي حدثت وصدرت في شكل أمرية 1976. أما الثانية والأخيرة الموصوفة بالشاملة والعميقة على حد قول منظروها هي تلك التي باشرتها الدولة سنة 2000 وطبقت ميدانيا وبالتدرج سنة 2003. إنها إصلاحات جعلت من أهدافها وغاياتها على الخصوص بحسب ما نلمسه من قراءتنا للقانون التوجيهي للتربية رقم 08-04 المؤرخ في 23جانفي 2008، إلى بناء مواطن صالح من خلال نظام تربوي جديد لا يعير الاهتمام كثيرا للجانب النظري للمادة بقدر ما يهتم بالفائدة العملية والفكرية، أي على الكفاءات التي يجنيها المتعلم.إن المدرسة في القرن الواحد والعشرين، على حد تعبير (Philippe Perrenoud)، لم يعد فيها امتلاك المعارف وحدها، يشكل وضعا حاسما فعلا بل المعوّل عليه، هو طريقة تدبيرها وتعبئتها. نروم من خلال هذا البحث بمنهجية تاريخية تحليلية، الوقوف على ابرز محطات الإصلاح مركزين على الأخيرة منها بما احتوته من جديد على مستوى الطريقة البيداغوجية وما رافقها من تجديد أما النتيجة المستخلصة، فتتمثل في المراجعة الجذرية للمشروع التربوي بما يكفل للأجيال تعليما نوعيا يؤهلهم لمجابهة الحياة ومواجهة التحديات. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإصلاحات التربوية. التدريس بالأهداف. المنهاج.المقاربة بالكفاءات.التقويم التربوي. Astract— After independence, the Algerian state undertook various reforms, which marked a decisive turning point in the history of the reform of the education system, such as that which took place and was issued in the form of the 1976 command. The second and last stage was launched by the State in 2000, and its implementation on the ground was gradually defined in 2003. in a complete and thorough way. according to what we draw from our reading of the Directive Law n ° 08-04 of January 23, 2008, these reforms made their objectives in particular to train a good citizen through a new educational system which does not focus a lot on the theoretical rating of the subject, although it is concerned with advantages on the practical and intellectual rating: Skills acquired by the learner. The school of the 21st century, the acquisition of knowledge alone is not enough, according to one of them (Philippe Perrenoud), to reach a truly decisive and reliable situation, it comes by offering it the mode of management and mobilization. In order for man to live today and integrate into this world, it has become necessary to prove that he has a level of knowledge management and use that exceeds what was required by previous generations. As for the result, it is represented in the fundamental revision of the educational project in a way that guarantees generations a qualitative education in order to prepare them to face life and challenges.
