Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الذكاء الاقتصادي على تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في البنوك الجزائرية، و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان حيث تم تصميمه وتوجيهه إلى الإطارات العاملة بالوكالات البنكية، وقد تم استرجاع 51 كانت كلها صالحة للدراسة، و تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية ل ( اليقظة الإستراتيجية و الضغط والتأثير) و عدم تأثير أمنية المعلومات بصفة مجتمعة على تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية. The aim of this study is to know the effect of economic intelligence on improving the quality of banking services in Algerian Banks. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was designed and directed to managers working in banking agencies, 51 questionnaire has been retrieved, Were all valid for study, and verified the validity and stability of the tool. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of (strategic Vigilance, pressure and influence) and the lack of security impact on improving the quality of banking services.
