مكافحة تلوث الهواء في البيئة الداخلية على ضوء التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: يقضي الإنسان معظم أوقاته في أماكن مغلقة: البيت، مكان العمل، وسائل النقل، المحلات والمؤسسات، الهواء في هذه البيئة الداخلية عادة أكثر تلوثا من البيئة الخارجية (الوسط المفتوح) بسبب سوء التهوية، التدخين، الانبعاثات الغازية...الخ. في الجزائر النصوص القانونية التي اهتمت بمكافحة تلوث الهواء الداخلي غير كافية، لكونها قليلة ومتفرقة في العديد من القوانين التي نظمت مجالات متباينة، مما يجعل من الضروري وضع قانون واحد يختص بمكافحة تلوث الهواء في البيئة الداخلية. Abstract: Humans spend most of their time in enclosed spaces: homes, offices, transport, shops and institutions. The air in this indoor environment is often more polluted than the outdoor environment (open environment) due to poor ventilation, smoking and gas emissions. In Algeria, the legal texts concerned with the fight against indoor air pollution are insufficient because they are few in number and scattered in many laws which organize different areas, which makes it necessary to establish a law specializing in the combating air pollution in the indoor environment.
