دراسة استبيانية حول قياس أثر جودة الخدمة في بريد الجزائر على رضا الزبون

Résumé: "يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز وقياس أثر جودة الخدمة في بريد الجزائر على رضا الزبون، وذلك بدراسة حالة بريد الجزائر ولاية الوادي، ومن أجل بلوغ هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الفصل النظري، حيث تطرقنا للإطار النظري لكل من جودة الخدمة و رضا الزبون وكذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في الدراسة التطبيقية حيث قمنا باستبيان ثم قمنا بعرض و تحليل النتائج و ختاما اختبار الفرضيات. تم التوصل في هذه الدراسة إلى أن الخدمة و رضا الزبون من العناصر الأساسية التي تسعى المؤسسات البريدية إلى تحقيقها كما أن جودة الخدمة هي مقياس لمدى تطابق مستوى الخدمة المطبقة من تطلعات العميل و بصورة مستمرة و كذلك تأثير جودة الخدمة على رضا الزبون. " "This research aims to highlight and measure the impact of service quality in Algeria Post on customer satisfaction, by studying the case of Algeria Post, Valley State, and in order to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical chapter, where we touched on the theoretical framework for both service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as relying on the analytical approach in the applied study, where we conducted a questionnaire, then we presented and analyzed the results and finally tested the hypotheses. In this study, it was concluded that service and customer satisfaction are among the basic elements that postal institutions seek to achieve, and that service quality is a measure of the extent to which the level of service applied matches the aspirations of the customer on an ongoing basis, as well as the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. "
