دور تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال في تحسين الوظائف الإدارية لإدارة الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة الاسمنت تبسة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال بالمؤسسة، والأثر الذي أحدثته على الوظائف الادارية لإدارة الموارد البشرية من تخطيط، تنظيم، تنفيذ ورقابة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وللإلمام بالموضوع تم الاعتماد على الملاحظة والاستمارة وبرنامج SPSSV22 لتحليل المعلومات. وتوصلت الدراسة على أنه يوجد أثر لتكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصال على الوظائف الادرية لإدارة الموارد البشرية بمؤسسة الاسمنت تبسة بصفة عامة. This study aims to examine the reality of information and communication technologies in the institution, and the impact they have had on the administrative functions of the human resources department, including planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring the institution under study, and for knowledge of the subject, the observation, the form, and the SPSSV22 program for information analysis were relied on. The study found that there is an impact of information and communication technologies on the administrative functions of human resources management in the cement corporation, in general.
