Résumé: الملخص: سنتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان نوع وشكل من أشكال التمثيل الدبلوماسي على مستوى المنظمات الدولية، ألا وهي الدبلوماسية العربية الجماعية في ظل جامعة الدول العربية. وإذا كانت جامعة الدول العربية إحدى المنظمات الإقليمية نشأت بين الدول العربية دون سواها تهدف إلى الدفاع عن مصالح الدول الأعضاء المشتركة والقضايا المصيرية التي لها علاقة بمستقبل الشعوب العربية ومصيرها وغيرها من قضايا الأمن القومي . لذا بات من الضروري على الجامعة وبغية مواكبة تطلعات شعوبها ضرورة إرساء دبلوماسية عربية موحدة يكون فيها النشاط الدبلوماسي المشترك الذي ينبع من المصالح المشتركة للدول العربية. يمكن طرح إشكالية رئيسية للورقة البحثية وتجلى فيما يلي: ما هي متطلبات إرساء دبلوماسية عربية موحدة ومشتركة في ظل حتمية إصلاح جامعة الدول العربية ؟ Abstract: in this study, we will discuss the type and form of diplomatic representation at the level of international organizations, namely collective Arab diplomacy under the League of Arab States. If the League of Arab States is one of the regional organizations that arose among the Arab states and not others, it aims to defend the interests of the common member states and the crucial issues that have to do with the future of the Arab peoples and their fate and other issues of national security. Therefore, it has become necessary for the university, in order to keep pace with the aspirations of its peoples, the necessity of establishing a unified Arab diplomacy in which the common diplomatic activity that stems from the common interests of the Arab countries A major problem can be presented to the research paper, which is illustrated by the following: What are the requirements for establishing a unified and joint Arab diplomacy in light of the imperative of reforming the League of Arab States?
