أثر توفر متطلبات استخدام الرقمنة في تحسين مستوى الخدمة المصرفية الالكترونية لعمليات التجارة الخارجية دراسة حالة بنكي:badr , Bdl بالمسيلة.

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر توفر متطلبات استخدام الرقمنة في تحسين مستوى الخدمة المصرفية الالكترونية لعمليات التجارة الخارجية . وقد تم اختبار علاقة التأثير هذه على عينة قوامها 62مفردة في بنكي: BDL ,BADR، وبعد تحليل النتائج بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.23، أظهرت النتائج أن هناك توافر لمتطلبات الرقمنة على مستوى البنكين محل الدراسة، كما بينت النتائج أن مستوى جودة الخدمات الالكترونية واستفادة الزبون(مصدر، مستورد) من رقمنة عمليات التجارة الخارجية كانت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين توفر متطلبات استخدام الرقمنة وتحسين مستوى الخدمة المصرفية الالكترونية لعمليات التجارة الخارجية في البنكين محل الدراسة. كلمات مفتاحية: الرقمنة، الخدمة المصرفية الالكترونية، المستند الالكتروني، البنوك التجارية. This study aimed to find out the impact of the availability of digitization requirements in improving the level of electronic banking service for foreign trade operations . The effect of this relationship was tested on a sample of 62 individuals in two banks: BDL and BADR, and after analyzing the results using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS.23, the results showed that there is availability of digitization requirements inside the two banks under study, and the results also showed that the level of quality of electronic services And the benefit of the customer (exporter, importer) from the digitization of foreign trade operations was high from the point of view of the study sample, and finally the study found a statistically significant effect between the availability of the requirements for using digitization and improving the level of electronic banking service for foreign trade operations in the two banks under study.
