Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع المعاملات الالكترونية في مجال الخدمات البريدية ومادى اهميتها في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للزبائن في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر ، حيث نجد في الوقت الراهم و بشكل ملحوظ أن أغعلب المؤسسات تعتمد على تطوير المعاملات الإلكترونية في مختلف المجالات لتسهيل المعاملات وتطوير خدماتها وتحسين المستوى نوعية الخدمات التي تقدمها وهذا من أجل كسب أكبر شريحة ممكنة من الزبائن توقد تم اهختيار البريد فرع ولاية غرداية كعينة للدراسة الميدانية ، تعتبر المعالملات الالكترونية تقنية من التقنيات الفعالة في تحقيق أهداف مؤسسة بريد الجزائر بولاية غرداية حيث تم التوصيل إلة أم المعاملات الالكترونية توفير الجهد والوقت ومستوى عالي من الجودة وأن الإعتماد على المعاملات الإلكترونية يساهم بشكل كبير في تحسن الجحودة وأنه تةجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل أبعاد المعاملات الإلكترونية وجودة الخدمات .This study is aimed at diagnosing the reality of electronic transactions in the postal services field and to what extent do its importance impact on improving the services provided to customers in Algiers post institution, whereby we, noticeably, find , at the present time , that most institutions rely on developing the electronic transactions in various fields to facilitating transactions, developing their services and improve the level of the quality of services it provides, and this is for the sake of earning as many clients/costumers as possible . The post office of Ghardaia town was chosen as a sample for the field of study. Electronic transactions are considered as one of the most effective techniques to achieve the goals of Algiers Post institution in the town of Ghardaia .The study concluded that electronic transactions save effort, time and a high level of quality .Reliance on the electronic transactions contributes significantly to improving quality .Besides, that there is a statistically significant relationship between All dimensions of electronic transactions and quality services
