التدهور البيئي في الجزائر من منظور اقتصادي

Résumé: في بداية الثمانينات بدأت تظهر بوادر الاهتمام بالبيئة في الجزائر، وتجلى ذلك في قانون حماية البيئة الذي صدر سنة 1983 إلى غاية تنفيذ الإستراتيجية الوطنية لحماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال البحث على الأسباب الرئيسية للتدهور البيئي واقتراح التدابير الملائمة للتكفل بها وتحديد الآليات التمويلية بهدف تحسين الصحة العمومية ونوعية الحياة وحفظ إنتاجية الرأسمال الطبيعي وتحسين الفعالية والتنافسية الاقتصادية. وهدف هذه الدراسة هو تحديد الآثار الاقتصادية للتدهور البيئي في الجزائر وتحديد الآليات الاقتصادية لمواجهة هذا التدهور في إطار الإستراتيجية الوطنية التي قامت بها. the environment in Algeria, started to appear, resulting in the law of 1983 bearing environmental protection, until the execution of the national strategy of environmental protection and realization of sustainable development starting from the main causes of the environmental pollution and to propose suitable arrangements like defining subvention mechanisms in order to improve public health, quality of life and safeguarding the productivity of natural capital, effectiveness and economic competition. The objective of this study is to identify the economic impacts of environmental degradation in Algeria and to identify the economic mechanisms to address this deterioration within the framework of its national strategy.
