Résumé: الملخص: من خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول تسليط الضوء على بعض جهود المنظمات الدولية والتحديات التي تواجه حماية المخطوطات باعتبارها عنصرا من الممتلكات الثقافية المدرجة ضمن الحماية الدولية وذلك في فترتي السلم والنزاع المسلح، لأن توفير الحماية وضمانها عن طريق الإنظمام للترتيبات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، يعتبر أول دعامة لتأمين الحماية وفرضها عن طريق جرد وتسجيل هذه المخطوطات ضمن أصناف الممتلكات الثقافية التي تغطيها الحماية. Abstract Through this study, we try to shed light on some of the efforts of international organizations and the challenges facing the protection of manuscripts as a component of cultural property included in international protection in periods of peace and armed conflict, because providing protection and guaranteeing it through the alignment of national, regional and international arrangements, is the first pillar to secure protection. And impose it through the inventory and registration of these manuscripts within the categories of cultural property covered by protection
