Résumé: The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of the e-learning platform adopted at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla on the quality of higher education outputs. For its suitability to the IMRAD methodology, as for the data collection tool, the questionnaire was used, as it was distributed to a sample of different phases and faculties of Ouargla University students, and this collected data was analyzed using a set of statistical indicators using the SPSS statistical package program. The study concluded that the e-learning platform at the University of Ouargla was not completely accepted by the students of the University of Ouargla, despite the divergence of opinions between the doctorate stage on the one hand and the bachelor and master's degree on the other hand, where the platform was accepted from the point of view of doctoral students, but this did not change the opinion The result of the e-learning floor at the University of Ouargla, and this floor remains acceptable with reservations, and this result does not generally differ in the different faculties of the university.
