Résumé: من أخطر عوامل المساس بالقدرة الشرائية نجد المضاربة غير المشروعة، وهذا ما ينعكس سلبا على الأمن الغذائي للمستهلك، فالمضاربة غير المشروعة تلاعب بالأسعار وتدخل في السوق عن طريق العرض والطلب من أجل تحقيق مصلحة خاصة، ما قد يؤثر على كفاءة السوق وقدرة المستهلك على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، ما استدعى تدخل المشرع بحماية جزائية لمكافحة المضاربة غير المشروعة بالقانون 21-15، الذي تضمن آليات وقائية لمنع هذه الجريمة، كما تضمن قواعد ردعية قمعية موضوعية وإجرائية One of the most dangerous factors affecting purchasing power is unlawful speculation, which has a negative impact on consumer food security. Unlawful speculation manipulates prices and enters the market through supply and demand to achieve personal interests, potentially affecting market efficiency and the consumer's ability to achieve food security. Legislative intervention was necessary, leading to criminal protection against unlawful speculation through Law 21-15. This law includes preventive mechanisms to combat this crime and incorporates objective and procedural punitive deterrents
