المخالفات الشرعية المتعلقة بالطلاق- المجتمع السوفي أنموذجا
Résumé: "يدرس هذا الموضوع بعض المخالفات الواقعة في المجتمع فيما يتعلق بالطلاق والبعض من أحكامه، وقد ركز على المخالفات الشرعية التي نجدها في المجتمع السوفي، وكان البحث مقسما إلى ثلاثة مباحث: الأول مبحث تمهيدي للموضوع والمبحث الثاني تطرق إلى المخالفات الشرعية في وقوع الطلاق وأما المبحث الثالث فقد ذكر المخالفات الشرعية بعد وقوع الطلاق، وقد اعتمدنا فيه على الملاحظة والاستقراء، وأَدرجنا تصويرا لكل مخالفة من حيث طبيعة وقوعها في المجتمع السوفي مع بيان الحكم الشرعي لتصويب الخطأ وتجنبه. الكلمات المفتاحية: المخالفات الشرعية؛ الطلاق؛ المجتمع السوفي. " This research studies some violations that occur in society in relation to divorce and some of its rulings. It focused on the violations of Sharia that we find in the Souf society. The research divided into three sections: the first section was an introductory topic, the second section dealt with violations during the time of the divorce, and the third topic mentioned violations after the occurrence of divorce. We relied in it on observation and induction, and included a depiction of each violation in terms of the nature of its occurrence in Souf society, with an explanation of the legal ruling to correct the error and avoid it.
