Résumé: "ملخص: يدرس هذا البحث المخالفات الشرعية في احتفالات الزواج، وقد ركز على المخالفات المرتكبة في المجتمع السوفي، ويهدف إلى توضيح وتبيين بعض المخالفات الشرعية التي تمس باب العبادات وباب المعاملات، التي يقع فيها مجتمعنا، وقد اجتهدنا في إيجاد حلول واقتراحات مع توفير المعلومات الكافية، التي تساعد مجتمعنا على الحد من هذه الآفات، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن المجتمع السوفي على الرغم من ارتكابه لهذه المخالفات إلاّ أنّه مجتمع محافظ يقبل النصح في دينه، ويُمكن تداركه بالتذكير والإرشاد. "Abstract This research studies the legal violations in marriage ceremonies, and it focused on the violations committed in the Souf society. The research aims to clarify some legitimate violations, which affect the field of worship and the field of transactions. In which our society is located. We have endeavored to find solutions and suggestions with the provision of sufficient information, which it helps, our society to reduce these pests. One of the most important findings of the research is that the Souf society, despite committing these violations, is a conservative society that accepts advice in its religion, and it can be remedied by reminders and guidance. "
