Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تناولت هذه الدراسة استراتيجية العلاقات العامة في تسيير الازمة داخل المؤســـــــــــسة العمومية الاقتصادية " المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بولاية بشار"، حيث تــــــهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة كيف يتم اللجوء إلى جهاز العلاقات العامة في حالة وجود الأزمات و كيفية مساهمة العلاقات العامة في تسيير الازمات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وكذا معرفة الاهمية البالغة لوجود العلاقات العامة داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر.Abstract : This study aims to study the strategy of public relations in the conduct of the crisis within the economic public corporation Algeria Telecom in the city of Bechar". the study focuses to know how to resort to the public relations apparatus in the cases of crises and how public relations contribute to the crises management in the institution under study, As well as knowing the great importance of the existence of public relations within the Algeria Telecom. wehave depended on the study of the situation by choosing a sample intent, which is represented by the employees of the institution focused on the interview as a study tool. we finally reached results, the most important of which are that public relations have an important place in the operation directorate of Algeria ‘Telecom Bechar city, despite the fact that they are not embodied as a device in the organizational structure of the institution, where the contribution of the public relations apparatus to the وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على منهج دراسة الحالة، باختيار العينة القصدية و التي تمثلت في العاملين بالمؤسسة مركزينا على المقابلة كأداة دراسة. حيث توصلنا في الأخير الى نتائج أهمها أن العلاقاتالعامةلهامكانةمهمةفيالمديريةالعملية لاتصالات الجزائر بولاية بشار رغمانهاغيرمجسدةكجهازفيالهيكلالتنظيميللمؤسسة، حيث تكمن مساهمة جهاز العلاقات العامة في تسيير الأزمة منخلالتكوينفريقخاصلمواجهةتلكالازمة،وكذااتباعاستراتيجياتلمواجهتهاقبلواثناءوبعدحدوثهابالمؤسسة. وقد امتدت دراستنا من 01 فيفري 2020 الى غاية 22 جوان من نفس السنة. الكلمات المفتاحية :استراتيجية، العلاقات العامة، تسيير، الأزمة.
