Résumé: Information technology sector and communication saw the world's remarkable growth and increasing interest during the past few years, it was his impact in all aspects of life, especially the aspect of economic and particularly the banking sector, where he embarked on the banks to take advantage of these developments to be used in the provision of banking services because of the benefits of it , widespread whom I have known some of these services resulting from technological development to the formation of conviction among banks that take advantage of modern technology to deliver banking services is indispensable in light of fierce competition in the banking sector has led. The question we ask what is the reality of the information and communication technology in the Algerian banks?
