Résumé: تناولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة لحالات شغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية، حيث جاء الدستور من أجل تنظيم لحالات الشغور الرئاسي، وتتجلى هذه الحماية في مبدأ ارتباط استمرارية الدولة، حيث حدد آليات إقرار و معالجة حالة شغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية، وعزز ذلك بإجراءات إعلان الشغور النهائي في الدساتير الجزائرية، كما تناولنامعالجة حالات شغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية من خلال منح صلاحيات رئيس الدولة بالنيابة، والآثار القانونية لحالة شغور منصب رئيس الجمهورية.Through this study, we dealt with cases of vacancy in the position of the President of the Republic, where the Constitution came to regulate cases of presidential vacancy, and this protection is reflected in the principle of linking the continuity of the state. We also dealt with cases of vacancy in the position of the President of the Republic by granting the powers of the Acting Head of State, and the legal effects of a vacancy in the position of the President of the Republic.
