أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية (ecrm) على ولاء زبائن البنوك الجزائرية.
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية على ولاء زبائن البنوك الجزائرية، لهذا الغرض تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS V23 لمعالجة البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق توزيع 350 استبيان على عينة من زبائن بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري (CPA) بسطيف. أظهرت نتائج أن أبعاد إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية تؤثر بشكل إيجابي وقوي على وولاء الزبائن. كلمات مفتاحية: إدارة علاقات الزبائن، إدارة علاقات الزبائن الإلكترونية، ولاء الزبائن This study aims to know the impact of electronic customer relationship management on the customers' loyalty in Algeria banks. For this purpose, the statistical package software SPSS V23 was used to process the data collected by 350 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of customers of CPA BANK in Setif. The results of the study showed that the dimensions of electronic customer relationship management positively and strongly affect customer loyalty.
