الطعون الإدارية في العملية الانتخابية Administrative Appeals In The Electoral Process

Résumé: تبحث هذه الصفحات في مدى فعالية الطعون الإدارية التي أقرها المشرع الجزائري، من خلال القانون العضوي رقم (12/01) المؤرخ في 12/01/2012 المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات في ضمان انتخابات حرة ونزيهة، وفي آليات الإشراف والرقابة التي كفلها في سبيل تحقيق ذلك؛ من خلال بيان الأحكام الخاصة باللجان الانتخابية وتلك المتعلقة بمراقبة عمليات التصويت والمنازعات الانتخابية، ثم آليات الإشراف والرقابة على العملية الانتخابية. ABSTRACT: This paper addresses the extent of the effectiveness of the Administrative Appeals approved by the Algerian legislature in ensuring free and fair elections, and in the supervision and control mechanisms that are guaranteed in order to achieve this. This study is through the Organic Law No. (12/01) dated 12/01/2012 relating to the electoral system, where we address the special provisions of the electoral commissions and those on the control of voting and electoral disputes operations. Finally, we address the supervision and control mechanisms of the electoral process.
