واقع الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة واقع الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية في الجزائر وهذا بعد ظهور المصارف الإسلامية خِلاف البنوك التقليدية التي تتعامل بالفوائد ونجاح هذه المصارف الإسلامية في قدرتها على توفير السيولة والتمويل والاستثمار في كافة المجالات واستقطاب الودائع وفق لاحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، وتتجسد الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية في الجزائر من خلال مؤسستين مصرفيتين هما بنك البركة وبنك السلام، إلا أن تجربة الجزائر جد متواضعة وهذا من خلال التطرق إلى الودائع والتمويلات الممنوحة من طرف هذه المؤسستين ومنتجاتهم حيث أبرزت ضعف هذه الصناعة وتواضعها في الجزائر. This research paper aims to study the reality of the Islamic banking industry in Algeria, and this is after the emergence of Islamic banks, unlike the traditional banks that deal with interest, and the success of these Islamic banks in their ability to provide liquidity, financing and investment in all fields and attract deposits in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, and the Islamic banking industry is embodied in Algeria Through two banking institutions, Al Baraka Bank and Al Salam Bank, however, Algeria's experience is very modest, and this is by addressing the deposits and financing granted by these two institutions and their products, which highlighted the weakness and humility of this industry in Algeria.
