Résumé: No one can ignore the role that the French language play in the Algerian higher education, specifically the faculties of scientific disciplines. The latter having French as the language of instruction. This foreign language is poorly mastered by the majority of students and considers it a hindrance in their university education. In this work, we try, through our research in the faculty of medicine of Ouargla to discover the linguistics difficulties and the needs in language relative to those students and to propose the necessary solutions in order to overcome their difficulties and better their skills in the French language.
