تحقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية من خلال عمليات التعلم التنظيمي، دراسة حالة المديرية العملياتية لاتصالات الجزائر بالشلف

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسات التعلم التنظيمي (ديناميكيات التعلم، التعلم الفرقي، إدارة المعرفة، تطبيق التكنولوجيا) ودورها في تحقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية بالمديرية العملياتية لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالشلف، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة قام الباحثين بتصميم إستبانة تتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء، تعلق الجزء الأول بالبيانات الشخصية، وتضمن الجزء الثاني مجموعة من الأسئلة حول ممارسات التعلم التنظيمي، أما الجزء الثالث والأخير فقد تناول جملة من الأسئلة للتعرف على الفاعلية التنظيمية للمؤسسة المبحوثة، وتم توزيعها على عينة تقدر ب 42، تم استرجاع 38 استبانة والتي كانت صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية ومن أجل تحليل النتائج تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS، وكان من أهم نتائج التحليل وجود علاقة وتأثير ذي دلالة معنوية بين ممارسات التعلم التنظيمي وتحقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية، وختمت الدراسة بتقديم توصيات للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to identify organizational learning practices (learning dynamics, team learning, knowledge management, application of technology) and its role in achieving organizational effectiveness in the operational directorate of Algeria Telecom Corporation in Chlef. To achieve the purposes of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of three parts; the first part relates to data The second part included a set of questions about organizational learning practices, while the third and last part dealt with a number of questions to identify the organizational effectiveness of the researched institution, and it was distributed to a sample estimated at 42, 38 were retrieved, which was Alhh statistical treatment, and for the analysis of the results have been relying on statistical analysis of the data using the software statistical SPSS, and it was the most important results of the analysis of a relationship and the effect of meaningful moral between organizational learning practices and achieving organizational effectiveness, and the study concluded by making recommendations to the Foundation Telecom Algeria Chlef.
