Résumé: الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية أخلاقيات الصحافة في ظل البيئة الإعلامية الجديدة بالجزائر، والتي تعد أحد أهم القضايا الراهنة التي أفرزتها تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، فبتحول وسائل الإعلام إلى النشر الإلكتروني، وبظهور فاعلين جدد في الساحة الإعلامية، ونتيجة لحرية الانترنت، ظهرت العديد من التجاوزات الأخلاقية في قطاع الإعلام الإلكتروني، الأمر الذي أعاد طرح إشكالية القواعد الأخلاقية التي يمكن أن تضبط الممارسات الإعلامية في ظل هذه التحولات الراهنة في عالم الميديا الاجتماعية. وعليه تتناول هذه الدراسة رؤية جديدة لأخلاقيات ممارسة الإعلام الإلكتروني بالجزائر، والتي ترمي إلى إيجاد معايير محددة في البيئة الجزائرية الإلكترونية، والتي يمكن من خلالها تقييم مدى احترام المضامين الإعلامية المنشورة إلكترونيا لأخلاقيات المهنة، مما يساعد على الرقي بالقيمة الاحترافية للمؤسسات الإعلامية الوطنية العاملة في هذا المجال. Abstract: This study deals with the problem of journalism ethics in light of the new media environment in Algeria, which is one of the most important current issues brought about by information and communication technologies. Digital media, which has brought up the problem of ethical rules that can control media practices in light of these current transformations in the world of social media. Accordingly, this study deals with a new vision of the ethics of electronic media practice in Algeria, which aims to find specific standards in the Algerian electronic environment, through which it is possible to assess the extent to which the electronically published media contents respect the ethics of the profession, which helps to advance the professional value of national media institutions working in this field.
