الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة العلوم الطبيعية وعلاقتة بالتحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات - دراسة ميدانية -

Résumé: الملخص باللغة العربية: يعد التدريس في الجزائر من المهن التي لها أهمية كبيرة في إعداد أجيال المستقبل التي تأخذ على عاتقها مهمة تطوير وبناء المجتمع، ومهما تكن لمهنة التدريس من أهداف فإن هدف إعداد التلميذ علميا، تربويا، أخلاقيا، ثقافيا واجتماعيا سيظل الهدف الأساسي لها. وغالبا ما قد تكون نتائج التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ مؤشرا هاما عن طبيعة العوامل المؤثرة في تحصيله الدراسي. فإن تفحص عملية التحصيل الدراسي بنظرة تحليلية، وما يرتبط بها من عوامل عديدة لها الأهمية القصوى بحيث أنها تساعد على معرفة هذه العوامل وآثارها على التحصيل الدراسي وما يعوقها، وبالتالي دراسة الطرائق والأساليب المناسبة لتفادي هذه المعيقات، والوصول بالتحصيل الدراسي إلى أقصى حد ممكن. وبما أن أي إصلاح تربوي يجب أن يبدأ بمحاولة رصد الواقع بانجازاته ونواحي قصوره، كان عليه أن يواكب التطور في التربية تطورا مماثلا في رفع الأداء التدريسي للأساتذة للوصول إلى مستوى عالي من التحصيل الدراسي للتلميذ، ذلك أن الأستاذ يعتبر حجر الأساس في العملية التعليمية ويتوقف إلى حد كبير نجاحها عليه، لذلك اهتمت الدول المتقدمة منها والنامية على حد سواء بمسألة إعداده وتكوينه قبل الخدمة وأثناءها، ومراقبة أدائه التدريسي وفقا لمعايير علمية دقيقة. لذلك فالتساؤل المطروح في هذه الورقة البحثية هو كالتالي: هل توجد علاقة بين الأداء التدريسي لأساتذة العلوم الطبيعية بالتحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ السنة الرابعة متوسط ؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الأداء التدريسي - المقاربة بالكفاءات - التحصيل الدراسي. Abstract: Teaching in Algeria is one of the most important occupations in the preparation of future generations that take upon themselves the task of developing and building society, and whatever the teaching profession is an objective, the scientific, educational, moral, cultural and social goal for which the pupil will remain the primary goal. The results of the pupil's academic achievement may often be an important indicator of the nature of the factors affecting his academic achievement. The examination of the educational attainment process with an analytical perspective and the many factors associated with it are of the utmost importance that it helps to identify these factors and their effects on educational achievement and disability, thereby examining appropriate methods and methods to avoid such obstacles and maximize educational attainment. As any educational reform must begin with an attempt to monitor the reality of its achievements and shortcomings, it must be accompanied by a similar development in education to increase teachers' educational performance to reach a high level of student academic achievement, as the teacher is the cornerstone in the educational process and depends largely on its success, so developed and developing countries have been concerned with its preparation and pre-service and in-service and monitoring its educational performance according to accurate scientific criteria. The question raised in this paper is therefore as follows: Is there any relationship between the pedagogical performance of natural science teachers and the academic attainment of fourth- year intermediate students?
