أثر إدارة المخاطر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للمشاريع -دراسة حالة مؤسسة بيكو- The Impact Of Risk Management In Achieving Sustainable Competitive Advantage For Project Beco Foundation Case Study

Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إدارة المخاطر في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بمؤسسة بيكو، من خلال التعرف على أساسيات إدارة المخاطر، وإبراز الدور الذي تؤديه في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية واستدامتها، وقد تم تطوير استبانة لمعرفة وقياس تأثير إدارة المخاطر على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة بيكو من خلال توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من موظفي المؤسسة، معتمدين على المنهج الوصفي لكونه ملائم لعرض المفاهيم المرتبطة بمتغيرات الدراسة، مع الاستعانة بالمنهج التحليلي لمعرفة أثر إدارة المخاطر على الميزة التنافسية. حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 لإدارة المخاطر على الميزة التنافسية المستدامة في مؤسسة بيكو. ومن أهم التوصيات المقدمة تعزيز فعالية إدارة المخاطر لما لها أهمية بالغة في اكتساب التميز. Abstract: This study seeks to comprehend the impact of risk management in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in BECO corporation through identifying the basics of risk management and emphasizing the role it plays in achieving competitive advantage and its sustainability. A random sample of the institution’s employees was selected, as it is suitable for presenting the concepts associated with the study’s changes, relying on the description method, by using the analytical method to investigate the impact of risk management on competitive advantage. The result concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level of 0.05 of risk management on the sustainable competitive advantage of the BECO Corporation.
