The Role Of The Nesda Agency In Supporting Small And Medium-sized Enterprises (smes) Analytical Study Of The Batna Province Agency
Résumé: The study aims to explore the role of the NESDA agency in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of its activities, through the provision of data and statistics on the agency’s operations during the period from 2013 to 2023. The findings revealed that while the agency plays a significant role in supporting micro-enterprises and offers various benefits, it still faces challenges related to training and the lack of professional competence among entrepreneurs. As a result, reforms have been directed towards linking the agency's activities with higher education institutions and establishing entrepreneurship development centers.
