The Contribution Of Intellectual Capital To Support Competitive Advantage Compared To The Algerian Experience

Résumé: The idea of the research is to identify the theoretical framework of competitive development and human intellectual capital, and the role played by the latter in the success of most economic enterprises, especially Algerian companies. Various studies and successful experiences in many economies, especially Algerian institutions, have confirmed to us that the secret of their rebirth and growth lies in the minds and arms of their children, for whom effective strategies have been put to good use for their preparation and development. While we see that, other countries are, still suffering and floundering in many problems and have not yet achieved economic development due to their neglect of the role of the human element. Therefore, the importance of human capital appears to be an important factor in achieving competitive development and hence economic development. It was concluded that the enterprise can measure its success and effectiveness by evaluating the performance of human capital, whenever the performance is good, it gives a positive image of the institution and its competitive development with various economic institutions and thus achieves its objectives efficiently and effectively.
