Résumé: بالإضافة إلى الرقابة على دستورية القوانين تبنى المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري مسألة الرقابة على دستورية التنظيمات في مختلف الدساتير الصادرة عنه، حيث تميزت هذه الرقابة بالتطــور وعـــدم الثبات سواء في فترة المجلس الدستوري أو المحكمة الدستورية، خاصــة مع تعديـــل الدستور لسنة 2020، وماحمله من مستجدات بخصوص الرقابة على دستورية التنظيمات لاسيما من خلال توسيع آليات هذه الرقابة وإتاحة الدور للأفراد من خلال إمكانية إخطار المحكمة الدستورية وهذا بهدف ضمان الحقوق والحريات الدستورية. Besides the oversight over the constitutionality of laws, the Algerian constitutional founder adopted the issue of oversight over the constitutionality of organizations in the various constitutions he issued. Where this oversight was characterized by development and instability, whether during the period of the Constitutional Council or the Constitutional Court, especially with the amendment of the 2020 Constitution, and the developments it brought regarding the oversight of the constitutionality of organizations, particularly by expanding the mechanisms of this oversight and allowing the role of individuals through the possibility of notifying the Constitutional Court, for the sake of ensuring Constitutional rights and freedoms.
