أساليب الدمج عند ذوي صعوبات التعلم في المدارس العادية

Résumé: ملخص: يعد دمج التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدارس العاديين أحد التوجهات الحديثة على المستوى العالمي والمحلي في العمل معهم، فضلا عن أن لب الدمج بوصفه مفهوما اجتماعيا أخلاقيا نابعا من حقوق الإنسان التي تنادي بالمساواة وعدم التمييز أو العزل والإقصاء، وقد حظيت بالاهتمام نتيجة لعدم فاعلية تربية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المؤسسات والمدارس الخاصة، وعدم استيعاب تلك المؤسسات والمدارس لفئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بوجه عام وصعوبات التعلم بوجه خاص، فضلا عن التغلب على سلبيات نظام عزل لديهم في مدارس خاصة لتعديل اتجاهات المجتمع نحو ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ككل. فالجزائر من بين الدول التي أعطت اهتماما خاصاًّ لهذه الفئة من خلال الاعتماد على سياسة تعليمية تهدف الى رعاية وتأهيل ومتابعة هذه الفئات من خلال إنشاء أقسام مدمجة بالمدارس الابتدائية العادية، ويظهر ذلك من خلال إصدار مراسيمَ تنفيذيةٍ لإنشاء المراكز النفسية التربوية. Abstract The integration of students with learning difficulties in ordinary schools is one of the modern trends at the global and local levels in working with them, in addition to the fact that the core of integration as a social and ethical concept stems from human rights that call for equality and non-discrimination or segregation and exclusion. The special needs in private institutions and schools, and the failure of these institutions and schools to accommodate groups of people with special needs in general and learning difficulties in particular, as well as overcoming the disadvantages of their isolation system in private schools to modify the attitudes of society towards people with special needs as a whole. Algeria is among the countries that have given special attention to this category by relying on an educational policy that aims to care, rehabilitate and follow up on these groups through the establishment of integrated departments in regular primary schools, and this is demonstrated through the issuance of executive decrees to establish psychological educational centers.
