Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الصناعي على كفاءة الأداء الأكاديمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة باتنة 1، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (227) الموزعين على ثمانية كليات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة باتنة 1، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة تطبيقات الذكاء الصناعي و كفاءة الأداء الأكاديمي كانا بدرجة متوسطة، إضافة الى وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لتطبيقات الذكاء الصناعي على كفاءة الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أراء عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الجامعات الجزائرية وبتعزيز الادراك لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول مفهوم الذكاء الصناعي لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في تحسين كفاءة الأداء الأكاديمي (الأداء التدريسي، الأداء البحثي، الأداء البيداغوجي) لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس. Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of using artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the academic performance efficiency of faculty members at the University of Batna 1. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive-analytical method was employed, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 227 faculty members across eight faculties at the University of Batna 1. The study found that the level of AI application usage and the academic performance efficiency were both moderate. Additionally, there was a statistically significant effect of AI applications on the academic performance efficiency of faculty members. The study also revealed no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample attributable to the study variables. The study recommended the necessity of integrating AI applications in Algerian universities and enhancing the awareness of faculty members about the concept of AI, given its significant role in improving academic performance efficiency (teaching performance, research performance, and pedagogical performance) among faculty members.
