التوافق النفسي لدى معلمي مدارس الأسوياء ومعلمي التربية الخاصة (دراسة مقارنة) Psychological Adjustment Of Teachers Of Normal Schools And Teachers Of Special Education (comparative Study)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى التوافق النفسي، والفروق فيه، لدى معلمي التلاميذ الأسوياء، ومعلمي تلاميذ التربية الخاصة، تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على عينة قدرت ب (54) معلم ومعلمة، إستخدمت الدراسة مقياس التوافق النفسي لزينب شقير لجمع المعلومات، بعد التأكد من صلاحية ومعامل إستقرار المقياس، وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى وجود فروق في التكرارات دالة إحصائيا بين معلمي الأسوياء ومعلمي التربية الخاصة لصالح معلمي التربية الخاصة. The current study aimed to know the level of psychological adjustment, and the differences in it, among teachers of normal students, and teachers of special education students. The study adopted the comparative descriptive approach. To collect information, after confirming the validity and stability coefficient of the scale, the study concluded in its results that there are statistically significant differences in frequencies between normal teachers and special education teachers in favor of special education teachers
