ولاية لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب وآليات عملها The Mandate Of The Counter-terrorism Committee And Its Working Mechanisms

Résumé: أنشأ مجلس الأمن بعد هجمات 11 سبتمبر 2001 هيئة فرعية من نوع جديد وهي لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب المنشأة بموجب القرار 1373 (2001). تختلف هذه اللجنة عن سابقاتها من اللجان التابعة للمجلس من حيث نطاق ولايتها، آليات عملها ونطاق عملها العالمي الذي يشمل كل الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة إلى جانب كونها لجنة دائمة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة مميزات لجنة مكافحة الإرهاب من حيث تشكيلتها وولايتها وآليات عملها. After the attacks of September 11, 2001, the Security Council established a new type of subsidiary body, the Counter-Terrorism Committee, established pursuant to resolution 1373 (2001). This committee differs from its predecessors of the committees of the Council, in terms of the scope of their mandate, their working mechanisms and the global scope of their work which includes all member states of the United Nations, in addition to being a permanent committee. This research aims to study the features of the Counter-Terrorism Committee in terms of its composition, mandate and working mechanisms.
