Résumé: This paper aims to shed light on the project of establishing the Egovernment basing on the idea of preparing the opportunity to all citizens and businesses sector to make an interaction and do business and government activities by using electronic tools which allow doing the various transactions between these parties easily and speedy, which saves time, effort and costs. After four years ago to the launching of Algeria project-E-government in 2013-the idea of E-government didn’t reach full maturity and is not applied yet, as what exists from it no more than a preliminary application to digitize and automate some services, so it require studying the idea of E-government as a critic study to demonstrate the prospects and challenges, in addition to the degree of Algerian citizen response for establishing E-government, and it’s all to maximize the advantages and avoid the inconveniants during the gradual implementation of this idea.
