Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة أثر أبعاد التمكين الإداري ( تفويض السلطة، فرق العمل، الحوافز، التدريب) على الأداء التنافسي للمؤسسة الخدمية. شمل هذا البحث عينة من العاملين بلغت 66 عامل إداري في المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، وتم تحليل بياناتها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتمكين الإداري على الأداء التنافسي للمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة This study aims to determine the impact of the administrative empowerment dimensions (delegation of authority, teamwork, incentives, training) on the competitive performance of the services institution. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of 66 administrative workers in the practical Directorate of Algeria Telecom, Ouargla. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant impact of administrative empowerment on the competitive performance of the practical Directorate of Algeria Telecom, Ouargla
