Résumé: من بين مظاهر عصرنة قطاع العدالة ما يعرف بالمحاكمة الجزائية المرئية عن بعد باستخدام وسائل اتصال تقنية، و لعل هذا التوجه له ما يبرره من الأسباب و الدوافع سواء كانت ظرفية أم دائمة، إلا انه بالرغم من المزايا التي توفرها المحاكمة المرئية إلا أن الواقع العملي كشف عن عيوبها خاصة ما تعلق بضمانات المحاكمة العادلة، و هو ما جعل بعض الأنظمة القضائية تفكر في الاستغناء عن هذا النمط من المحاكمة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على نظام حديث للمحاكمة الجزائية وهي المحاكمة المرئية، و إبراز مزاياه كمبرر للجوء إليه،و كذا الغوص في عيوبه للكشف عن سبب توجه بعض التشريعات للاستغناء عنه. manifestations of the modernization of the justice sector is what is known as the visual trial using technical communication media, perhaps this trend is justified by the reason and motives, whether circumstantial or permanent, however, despite the advantages provided by the visual trial, the practical reality revealed its shortcomings, especially if it did not provide it with high-quality technical means, which made some judicial systems consider about dispensing this type of trial, This study aims to shed light on a recent criminal trial, which is the visual trial, and highlight its advantages as a justification for resorting to it, and also diving into its flaws to reveal the reason for some legislation to dispense with it.
