أثر الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية على تحسين جودة الخدمات بالمصارف دراسة حالة الوكالات العمومية و الخاصة بولاية البليدة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية على تحسين جودة الخدمات بالمصارف من خلال بعض الوكالات العمومية و الخاصة العاملة بمدينة البليدة ، وذلك بإستخدام استبيان وُجه لعينة مكونة من 223 عَميل من عملاء تلك الوكالات ، و لقد بَينت نتائج الدراسة أن جودة الخدمة المصرفية تتأثر بمستوى الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية المقدمة و هذا حسب مختلف أبعاد الجودة ، كما أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية. الكلمات الدالة: المصارف العمومية و الخاصة، جودة الخدمات المصرفية، الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية. Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to clarify the importance of electronic banking services to improve the quality of services in Algerian banks; case of public and private organizations in Blida. For this goal, we will use the sampling method with nonprobability sampling (Quota), in contrast, population elements are selected on the basis of their availability or because of the researcher's personal judgment that they are representative. Our study based on 223 individuals, with fashion collection face to face, the results of the study showed that the quality of banking services is affected by the level of electronic banking services, and that, according to the different dimensions of quality, the study also shows that there is a significant effect between the application of electronic banking services and improving the quality of banking services.
