أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين بشركة الاتصالات فرع عين تموشنت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي في فرع شركة الاتصالات بعين تموشنت وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للإحاطة بالجانب النظري لكل من الثقافة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي، والمنهج التحليلي حيث قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في فرع شركة الاتصالات بعين تموشنت من خلال تصميم استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة تتكون من 74 فرد، وتم تحليل مخرجات الاستبيان باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS V27)، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة طردية إيجابية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والرضا الوظيفي، أي أنه كلما كانت الثقافة التنظيمية قوية وإيجابية ومقبولة، زاد مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to highlight the impact of organizational culture on the level of job satisfaction in the branch of the telecommunications company Ain-Temouchent. the descriptive approach was used to take note of the theoretical aspect of both organizational culture and job satisfaction, and the analytical approach where we conducted a field study in the branch of the telecommunications company Ain-Temouchent through the design of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 74 individuals, and the survey outputs were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS V27), the results of the study have shown that there is a direct positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, that is, the stronger the organizational culture and positive and acceptably, the level of job satisfaction increased among employees in The institution under study.
