Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة بالبحث والتحليل المسؤولية القانونية لطبيب التخدير اثناء أداءه لعمله الطبي كطبيب تخدير، من خلال دراسة معمقة وتحليلية للآراء القانونية التي وردت في هذه المسؤولية، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار موقف الفقه والقضاء من المسؤولية، والتطور التاريخي الذي طرأ على عمل طبيب التخدير ومدى أهميته مما يستتبع أهمية دراسة مسؤوليته القانونية.وقد تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى ثلاثة مباحث الأول منها تمهيدي، تناولنا فيه نشأة طب التخدير بشكل عام، من خلال بيان مفهوم طب التخدير والنشأة التاريخية لهذا النوع من الأطباء، وفي المبحث الأول من الدراسة تناولنا بالتحليل مراحل عمل طبيب التخدير وما هي الاعمال التي يقوم بها هذا الطبيب ومدى خطورة أعماله على المريض، ومدى اسهامه في شفاء او موت المريض، وأوردنا بعض الملاحظات الهامة التي يجدر الأخذ بها لتحقيق الفائدة المرجوة من هذا البحث، وفي المبحث الثاني تناولنا بشكل تفصيلي بيان المسؤولية القانونية التي يتحملها طبيب التخدير بسبب الاعمال التي يقوم بها مع بيان موقف القضاء حيثما لزم الامر، وفي نهاية البحث عرضنا نتائج وتوصيات البحث.

This study has been divided into three chapters the first preview

we addressed the origins of Anesthesiology in General

through a concept of Anesthesiology and the historical background for this type of doctors

In the first chapter of the study we analyze the stages of the work of the anesthesiologist and what are the actions of the physician and the seriousness of its work on the patient

and the extent of its contribution to healing or death of the patient

the researcher have some important comments to be introduced for the benefit of this research

In the second chapter the researcher outline statement of liability incurred by the anesthesiologist due to work with judicial position where necessary

and in the end of the study findings and recommendations of the research.
