Résumé: الملخص: عرف تنظيم نشاط الترقية العقارية الخاصة في الجزائر محطات قانونية مهمة، بداية بالقانون6 8-07 ثم المرسوم التشريعي 93-03 وصولاً الى القانون 11-04 المحدد للقواعد العامة لنشاط الترقية العقارية وهو القانون الساري المفعول، حيث ساهمت هذه المحطات القانونية للترقية العقارية في تبلور سياسة تبناها المشرع في القانون رقم 11-04، فقد حمل هذا القانون أهداف جعلت من نشاط الترقية العقارية محرك إقتصادي مهم في مجال قطاع السكن، وهذا ما أدى بالمشرع الجزائري إلى تنظيم مهنة المرقي العقاري الخاص من خلال وضع إطار قانوني للمهنة. Abstract: The regulation of private real estate promotion activity in Algeria knew an important legal stations, beginning with law no 86-07, and legislative decree no 93-03 and then Law no 11-04 defining the general rules for real estate promotion activity, which is the law in effect. These legal stations contributed to making a policy adopted by the legislator in Law no. 11-04, This law aims to make the real estate promotion activity an important economic engine in the housing sector, and this is what led the Algerian legislator to regulate the profession of private real estate promoter by setting a legal framework for the profession.
