فعالية وكفاءة نظام المعلومات البنكي في الرفع من جودة الخدمات المصرفية -دراسة حالة القرض الشعبي الجزائري (cpa) - ولاية الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة نظام المعلومات البنكي في الرفع من جودة الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة من طرف القرض الشعبي الجزائري- ولاية الجزائر- ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع قائمتي استبيان على بعض موظفي وعملاء البنك محل الدراسة، فبالنسبة لعينة الموظفين تم تصميم قائمة استبيان لقياس فعالية وكفاءة هذا النظام،أما عينة العملاء فتم تصميم قائمة أخرى وزعت عليهم لقياس أبعاد جودة الخدمة المصرفية، وقد استرجع وخضع للتحليل 43إستبانة خاصة بالموظفين و 100إستبانة خاصة بالعملاء، ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها أن جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف البنك محل الدراسة كانت مرضية لزبائن العينة وفي مستوى توقعاتهم، وأن نظام المعلومات البنكي يزيد من جودة الخدمات المصرفية في البنك محل الدراسة بشكل كبير،أي هناك علاقة موجبة بينهما. ومنه يتبين أهمية وجود نظام المعلومات للرفع والتحسين من جودة الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة من طرف البنك محل الدراسة. This study aims to know the extent of the banking information system's contribution to raising the quality of banking services provided by the Popular Algerian Loan - wilaya of Algiers, two questionnaire lists have been distributed to some of the bank's employees and clients, for the sample of employees a questionnaire list was designed to measure The effectiveness and efficiency of this system. As for the customer sample, another list was distributed to measure the dimensions of the quality of service, and 43 employee questionnaires and 100 customer questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed. Among the most prominent results reached is that the quality of services provided by the bank under study was satisfactory to customers, and that the banking information system increases the quality of banking services in the bank under study significantly.
