Résumé: تتدخل كل من المديرية العامة للوظيفة العمومية والإصلاح الإداري، الوزارة المنتدبة المكلفة بإصلاح الخدمة العمومية، والمرصد الوطني للمرفق العام، في إصلاح الخدمة العمومية المحلية، كما يعتبر مبدأ الشراكة وحق المواطن في الإطلاع على الوثائق الإدارية والخدمات الالكترونية المتاحة على مستوى موقع وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية، أهم مظاهر إصلاح خدمات المرفق المحلي، وتبقى بعض المؤسسات والنصوص تحتاج إلى تعديل، كله قصد ترقية الخدمة العمومية وتحقيق التنمية المحلية الشاملة. the general directorate of civil service and administrative reform, ministry to the Prime Minister, responsible for public service reform the national public service observatory, have a role In reforming the local public service, the principle of partnership and the citizen’s right to view administrative documents and electronic services at the level of the Ministry of Interior and local authorities', They are considered manifestations of the reform of local utility services, and some institutions and texts need of amendment, in order to upgrade public service and achieve comprehensive local.
