Résumé: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع جودة حياة العمل وأسسها الثقافية، نظرا لقيمة هذا الموضوع على حياة الموارد البشرية داخل التنظيم وحتى على إنتاجية المؤسسات وسمعتها وميزتها التنافسية، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة جودة حياة العمل، خصائصها، مستوياتها وأبعادها وكذلك أهم معيقات تطبيقها، أما الجانب المهم والذي بدورنا أسقطنا عليه الضوء يكمن في العلاقة بين جودة حياة العمل والثقافة التنظيمية المؤسساتية وآثار هذه الأخيرة على جودة الحياة العملية باعتبار أن منظومة القيم والعادات والتقاليد والمعتقدات والمعاني داخل التنظيم في سياقها الصحيح المنهجي تلعب دورا بارزا في تقويم سلوك العاملين والحفاظ على صحتهم النفسية وعدم التعرض للضغوط وأعباء العمل وكذلك فتح المجال لهم للإبداع والتميز وتحسين الأداء مما يزيد من فعاليتهم وولائهم وإلتزامهم نحو مؤسساتهم المنتمين لها. In this study, we talked about the issue of the quality of work life and its cultural foundations, and this has a value on the life of human resources within the organization and even on the productivity of institutions, their reputation and their competitive advantage, as this study aimed to know the quality of work life, its characteristics, levels and dimensions And also the most important obstacles to its application. As for the important aspect, which in turn we shed light on lies in the relationship between the quality of work life and the institutional organizational culture and the effects of the latter on the quality of working life, given that the system of values, customs, traditions, beliefs and meanings within the organization and in its context The correct and systematic method plays a prominent role in correcting the behavior of workers, preserving their psychological health, and avoiding exposure to pressures and workloads, as well as opening the way for creativity, excellence, and improving performance, which increases their effectiveness, loyalty, and commitment towards their institutions to which they belong.
